Excellent machine, a big improvement on my old laptop. Easy to set up, including the WiFi connection, which I had worried would take me a lifetime to do. Good size screen with very clear graphics and very easy to use. So good in fact I bought it twice as the first one was stolen!

I've used a Sony Vaio before so was specifically looking for one when I bought this.
I like the size of it, the fact it had a built in webcam, memory card slots for fast transfer of pictures, and the spaced out keypad. I like the power off button, you can quickly put it on stand by when not using it and it loads up pretty quickly when you want to use it again.
The only cons I can think of is that there wasn't a numeric pad like on a full size keyboard as I do a lot of spreadsheet work, but that's easily fixed by buying an add on keypad; also not too keen on having 2 document libraries, it was a bit confusing initially trying to figure out if you want to be using the public or the user one.
If you're not looking for something too high tech - enough to browse, watch films, listen to music, skype and the occasional work then this does the job and at a good price too.

Although there was a bit of trouble with the carrier not finding my address, and the laptop being sent back to Germany (!), I was very impressed with the way Avides handled it, and sent it straight back to me. The product itself is in excellant conditon, and has been carefully packed. I recommend this company.

This is the sixth Sony Vaio in our family, the others have been passed down the "line" but are all operating well. The NW 20 EF is an excellent piece of kit, which exudes quality as soon as you start operating, together with Windows 7 and the excellent delivery service from Amazon I am a very happy customer.
