I have been using this phone for almost a year now and have been disappointed with it from the very beginning. There are several things I dislike about it.
As other reviewers have stated, when typing a message, the cursor seems to have a life of its own, and jumps to a random place in the text. At first I thought i'd done something but soon realised it wasn't my fault. Also, periodically, it will turn off for no reason, usually after just sending a text, and in doing so means the text hasn't sent or been saved.
The phone itself takes a very long time to turn on. Because of this I rarely turn it off. I have since discovered how poor the battery life is. I live in an area with very good signal strength and am not someone who is constantly texting, so am not draining the power with much. However, it still goes from having a full charge to very low in about a day or two (not good enough for me!)
I purchased my phone from the orange website and found it was misleading as to what the phone featured. I wasn't made aware of the limited function you can do with the touch screen. I believed I would be able to do more than dial with it.
In the phone's favour, it looks decent and DID have the potential to be very good. Unfortunately, LG have let me down and I most certainly paid over the odds. I expected more. Will be avoiding LG in future, and am buying a new phone very soon.

I had this phone for over a year a no matter how many times i dropped it, it still worked. Even though it was a cheap phone it still is my favourite phone that i have had yet.

this phone is very attractive and good because it has a touch screen for dialing numbers and QWERTY keyboard, however it has caused nothing but problems. It has already had to be replaced as it began to turn of frequently, then eventually it turned off and never turned back on. I strongly recommend you stay away from this phone as many of my friends that have the same phone have had the same problems.

The phone does everything that it says in the instructions once you have got the hang of it.

This phone was NOT worth my investment. It has given me problems since the beginning (I bought it five months ago)and is THE most frustrating phone I have ever owned. It constantly crashes and switches itself off for no reason. I may be texting, talking or just sliding the keybad back in and the phone will suddenly turn off - very annoying!
Also, during texting, if you are a fast texter like me - it is extremely frustrating when you are texting away and the cursor is suddenly half way back up the message! What is that about?! It does this frequently when I text - so I cannot just get on with typing, I have to constantly look at the screen to make sure the cursor hasn't jumped up couple of lines (for no reason, I reiterate) and started typing halfway through a previous sentence.
Seriously do not waste your money. This phone is fairly expensive and entirely not worth it.
It look great, but lacks performance and always crashes. If it hasn't yet, trust me, it's only a matter of time. My husband also bought the blue/black version of this phone and when his didn't play up, I thought maybe I just had a dud one of the bunch - however, slowly but surely over the weeks my husband's has done the same as mine.
Today, for no reason, my phone has decided to switch itself and so far WON'T come back on, no matter what I try. I am currently charging it even though it already had a full battery. Seems like I'll be bying new phone.
Rubbish.
