We are extremely pleased with both the service from Amazon and the actual product. Delivery was very efficient and the product was easy to install. Picture quality is very good. The price was extremely competitive. After a very bad experience with another online retailer our experience with Amazon was a really positive one. So much so other family members have now bought the same tv from Amazon.

Delivered earlier than expected. Easy to use and set up with excellent sound and picture quality at a reasonable price. This is our second sony bravia and would not try another product now.

This was an excellent purchase,at an excellent price,the telly looks good and works even better,i am well pleased,and got a free three year warranty thrown in,would recommend this product without hesitation.If i was to nit pick it's a bit slow firing up,but i don't nit pick.
