the delevery took to long, 1 of the collers wont even screw onto one of the bars cuz the beginning of the thread is smaller than the rest of it! very annoying and cannot use item properly! the carry case it came in was broken! very disapointed with product, rest of it is ok just these things are very annoyin and make them hard to use so it only gets 2 stars!

These are almost the perfect free weights. They do the job and can easily be changed to your desired weight.
The 20kg they come with might well not be enough, but luckily it is relatively cheap to but additional weights as needed.
The original weights came in a carry case which is nice, but becomes pretty much useless after you buy any additional weights.
There are two small problems, the spindle lock used has a tendency to become loose every so often and requires quite a bit of tightening, and the grip is very rough and hard on the hands with continuous use and so gloves would be recommended.

very good set of weights but you will need to get some extra as there not that heavy, well there heavy enough but only for a while but only if you use one dumbell at a time with all the weights you can fit on

Great product very functional, ideal for someone who is looking to tone muscles
rather than bulk up , carry case a bonus.
