 Very good quality picture is about all July 19, 2010

It produces a very good quality picture but the sound quality is definately not great which is not really surprising considering the tiny built-in speakers. It is really slow at starting up. The user interface is just about acceptable, it tends to be too slow and sometimes there is a large delay. A button I really miss on the remote is the "previous channel" function.

The television is really excellent we use it inthe kitchen and the size fits really well, and the picture quality is excellent.

Very happy with this TV. Good brand, screen size and image quality for the money. Sound is fine, more than adequate for a 22".
Only negative comment is that the onscreen programme guide for Freeview is a bit slow / clunky but apart from that its all good.

Bought this flat screen to replace bulky portable + freeview box in our kitchen. Very easy to set up and when picture first came on we were blown away by the clarity. As other reviewers have said the volume needs to be quite high but quite adequate for our kind of viewing. Also pity there is no 'off' switch as it seems inappropriate to have to leave set on standby. Would certainly consider another Toshiba for our lounge in the future.

I bought this for my son's bedroom and he is over the moon with it. It has really good picture quality and he tells me it is great when playing on the playstation. What more can i say? It was bought as part of a deal that amazon were doing at the time and was reduced considerably. I'm not sure i would pay full price for it though as i think you can get just as good quality for a bedroom tv from some of its rivals listed on amazon.
