Loving it! February 21, 2010 Jennifer Marie Leighfield (Malaga, Spain) All the details have been given in other reviews, so I'd just like to say it is EXCELLENT!!!
As a player in my late 20s, this game is giving me hours of entertainment and making my brain work plenty!
Very recommendable!
GREAT GAME February 16, 2010 COURTNEY TAYLOR (HALSTEAD ESSEX) I LOVE THIS GAME. IT IS FULL OF HIDDEN PUZZLES OF VARYING DEGREES OF DIFFICULTY WHICH YOU UNEARTH AS YOU MAKE YOUR WAY THROUGH THE VILLAGE. VERY ADDICTIVE AND WITH ROOM TO SAVE THREE GAMES, YOU CAN TRY TO BEAT OTHER PEOPLES PROGRESS.
One of the best games for DS February 16, 2010 Mr. James Higham (London) I think the Professor Layton series will become a great set of games.
The puzzles are a curious mix of mathematical (of all forms), Logic and visual. There are plenty of puzzles to do (around 130) but you do find that they are samey. However, the deeper you go into the game they harder they get, and you might find yourself looking for a hint.
Definately makes you want to play more to solve the story, and get to the next puzzle.
:)
Professor Layton and The Curious Village February 13, 2010 Julie M. Burnaby (England) Enjoyable game, extra downloadable puzzles a good extra, 'Secret Door' accessed by getting a password from the next game, Pandora's Box, could have been better. Don't panic rushing out to buy next game just for that, but worth getting as it lives up to this game in fun.
The curious village February 7, 2010 Novelli Elsa (Forlì, Italy) It makes you stop and think. which is a nice way to spend some time.
